Our Clients Say

Embarking on this fasting lifestyle would have never been my reality if it wasn't for Rachael! She is the one who practices what she preaches, so I felt confident she's talking from experience and not just a rehearsed idea of a new fad diet.

I always knew, fasting is good for us, but never dared to part with food for an extended period of time (which is also something to reflect upon). The beauty of this program and Rachael's capability to guide and inspire me on this journey has led me to enjoy it fully.

It's tailored for women, with our cycle in mind, with amazingly delicious recipes to follow (but not limited to) to nourish our bodies to its full potential! I have lost that stubborn belly fat, which was just freeriding with me for the past few years, even despite training and running a half marathon!

When I was doing the longer fasts, I felt safe as I had Rachael’s watchful eye on my blood sugar and ketone levels to make sure, I'm on the right track. I'm eternally grateful to Rachael for teaching me these life changing habits,

I’ve never felt stronger, lighter, hormonally balanced and clearer in my mind!If you ever have the opportunity to work with this powerhouse woman, who's got so much experience under her belt, from yoga teacher to Dietitian to business owner and Mum to two cheeky beautiful kids and a loving wife to her supportive husband, please don't miss the opportunity, this is your golden ticket! Absolutely recommend!
