This space was born from that shift - and from the many women I met along the way who were asking the same questions I once did:
“Why am I doing everything ‘right’ but still feel exhausted?”
“Is fasting safe for my hormones?”
“Can I reset without burning out?”

Nourish. Fast. Thrive is my answer. A supportive, cycle-aligned approach to fasting that honours your rhythm, your season, and your nervous system.
Here, fasting is not about discipline. It’s about saying YES to yourself.

Hi, I’m Rachael.

Fast Like a Girl Coach. Dietitian. Yoga and Breath work teacher. Mum.
But mostly - a woman who has lived the overwhelm of doing all the right things and still feeling disconnected from her own body (and hormones).
​
For years, I pushed. I studied. I strived. I ticked every box of “healthy” living - yet something still felt off. I was tired, inflamed, and quietly carrying the weight of imbalance I couldn’t quite name.

It wasn’t until I paused - truly paused - that I began to see the pattern. I was living in fight-or-flight, overriding my body’s wisdom, and believing the lie that healing had to be hard.
​
That’s when I found fasting (like a girl).
Not the extreme kind. Not the competitive, biohacker kind.
But the kind that invites you to listen. To rest. To reset your relationship with nourishment, energy, and flow.
And everything shifted.
